Do my rewards have an expiration date?

Yes. The $15, $30, $45, $60, $75, $90 and $105 reward offers have an expiration of one year. The $20 birthday offer has an expiration of 30 days from the date received.

Can I use my reward on other Liberated family brands?

Yes. As long as you are a loyalty club member with our other family brands, your rewards should be available for you to use at any of the family brands. Our family brands include Roxy, Quiksilver, DC Shoes, Billabong, RVCA and Element.

How do I update details in my account?

Log in to your account online, head to the 'Profile' section and select either 'My Information' or 'Shipping addresses'.
